Apro questa discussione per tutti coloro che avessero bisogno di informazioni su AROS x86 sia su Sistema Operativo che come Giochi AROS, per chi non mi conoscesse sono l' sviluppatore di AROS One x86 e AROS One 68k, in passato anche di AfA One.

La novita più importante è che ora AROS One v1.7 basata su una build AROS ricompilata con GCC 6.3.0, questo significa maggiore velocità e maggiore efficenza, inoltre è ora possibile utilizzare su AROS One tutti gli strumenti di sviluppo GCC 6.3.0 disponibili su AROS x86..

AROS One x86: New version of my Distribution based on the new Core by Deadwood, among the novelties a USB Flash App to Create Live Pendrive, App created by Paolone that I thank and modified by me to make it compatible on AROS One.
AROS One is now also distributed in the "Pendrive Image" format, once this image is burned on a 4GB or larger Pendrive it will allow you to recreate a Live USB that can be booted on all supported PCs and consequently install AROS on HD without the need for a DVD.
If you use a Pendrive larger than 4GB, the rest of the space will remain available as a second raw partition that can be formatted later on a PC in FAT32 and used as a data exchange between AROS One and other OSes.

Nuova versione di AROS One x86 che include tantissime novità, nuova compilazione del Core con il GCC 6.5.0, tutto il software installato, molti dei quali sono stati aggiornati o fixati, sono pronti all'uso anche dal Live DVD/ISO, disponibili su AROS One anche tutti gli strumenti di sviluppo disponibili.
In questa versione di AROS One oltre ad Amistart è stato installato anche BoingIconBar, una multi ToolBar navigabile attraverso il tasto destro del mouse o attraverso la rotellina del mouse (evidenziare prima la barra).
Amistart è BoingIconBar possono essere scambiati nel sistema, suentrambi è possibile cambiare sfondi e skin, tutto attraverso appositscript da eseguire attraverso specifiche icone.
AROS One è distribuito nel formato DVD (ISO) o immagine USB da"masterizzata su Pendrive", utile come sistema Live o per installare velocemente AROS One su PC.
Alla immagine USB ha bisogno rinominare l'estensione in base al programma da utilizzare, solitamente .img, per AROS One si consiglia l'utilizzo dell'ottimo Rufus oppure Etcher)

Creato una serie di icone cartelle Bianche, a detta di molti sembrano più accattivanti delle Blu. il bianco rialta colori e sfumature delle piccole immagini, allego screenshot !

I disegni sono sempre gli stessi, è lo sfondo che fa la diffrenza, le Icone Bianche mostrano meglio i rilievi, mentre il Glow è molto più accattivante su Icone Nere o Blu.
In pratica bisogna trovare la giusta combinazione, un po come si fa con i vestiti, lo stile da me utilizzato su AROS One, in particolare le icone Bianche se ci fai caso le trovi su tutti i cellulari, io le avevo create per gioco molti anni fa per AfA One.
Alla fine possiamo dire che le Icone Amiga/AROS, ancora oggi sono le più belle icone per computer, Windows, MAC e Linux nonostante siano anni luci avanti utilizzano ancora icone mono faccia e di qualità scadente, sia a livello numero colori che come grafica !
In molti casi ho preso le immagini da icone da questi OS migliorandole nei colori e nella definizione e creando la doppia faccia o il Glow per simulare l'animazione.
